As a bidder, you don't have to constantly watch auctions and worry about being outbid! All GovDeals Internet Auctions feature an auto-bid. In the bid box on the auction view page, enter the HIGHEST dollar amount that you are willing to pay, and the GovDeals bidding system will bid on your behalf by placing a bid at the current LOWEST minimum bid. If another bidder outbids your LOWEST minimum bid, the system will automatically place another bid, once again making you the current high bidder, until your "top dollar" number is reached. The auto-bidding system will continue to place the LOWEST minimum bids on your behalf until you are the winner of the auction or another bidder bids higher than your auto-bid. Auto-bids are completely private and are never displayed to other bidders. In the event of a reserve price auction, your auto-bid will immediately bid up to the amount of the reserve OR to the max amount of your auto-bid if the reserve price is in excess of your auto-bid.

Bid Extension

If a bid is placed during the final 3 minutes of an auction, the auction will automatically extend for additional 3 minutes. This will continue until no bids are placed during the last three minutes.

Since most bidding occurs during the final minutes of an auction, this allows all bidders a sufficient amount of time to continue bidding.

This Seller has instituted a Bidder Probation Restriction on this auction. To have this restriction removed, a $1,000 refundable deposit in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order must be mailed to GovDeals, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Boulevard, Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117. 2009 Dodge Charger SE SEDAN 4-DR, 3.5L V6 SOHC 24V POLICE PACKAGE. This vehicle is in very good condition and comes loaded with emergency equipment including; Whelen controls, light bar and total vehicle red and blue light package, siren and audio package. ALSO this vehicle will be fully equipped to include a Pro-Gard Prisoner Transport System, MPH Bee III Radar Unit with front and rear antennas, and even a Digital Ally Dash Cam System with audio remote. We purchased this Dodge Charger on 2/1/2016 with 11,339 miles and have placed 26,411 on it in two and a half years. We have served it regularly and had a new brake job on it about one month ago. We have approximately $7,000 in emergency/police equipment added to this great unit that comes with it. The only thing that we are taking from the unit is the radio and MCT. This police equipped vehicle is road ready and should have a very long life with less than 40,000 miles on it. The only reason that we are selling it is because we got approval to purchase a new patrol jeep for off road use. This unit is priced as a police package to be sold to a law enforcement agency or officer. If you need additional details on this unit, then please contact me direct on my cell number; Brad Heiman (409) 499-5778.

Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: This unite is open to all bec it is not registered right to all right now...not only for law enforcement... (10/10/18 1:52 AM)
A: We can sell this patrol unit to the general public, however we would have to remove all of the emergency equipment and police markings. We are not going to take less for the car by removing those items, which would probably not work for a civilian buyer. Thanks for you questions and feel free to call me as well (409) 499-5778 (Brad) (10/10/18 10:56 AM)

Q: Dear Mr. Heiman, my name is Immanuel Noske and I have been working as a police officer in Germany for more than 25 years (12 years at the motorway police and 13 years as a trainer in further education). I intend to import an original and equipped US patrol car to Germany and your offer is very interesting both in type and equipment. I would like to ask you if you would generally sell to a German police officer (I would of course send all evidences) and if the vehicle has a US "title". Some time ago I wanted to buy a patrol car from a car dealership. There I was told that the vehicle has no "title" and therefore can not be exported. If your vehicle does not have a title, could you get a title? Of course I would pay all the costs. If I were the highest bidder, I would transfer the total amount immediately and commission a professional agency to export it. I look forward to your message, with collegial regards, Immanuel Noske (10/14/18 8:36 AM)
A: To answer your questions; yes we would sell it to any law enforcement agency, anywhere. And yes it has a clear US Title. Thanks! (10/15/18 3:11 PM)

Q: Dear Mr. Heiman, this is the message GOVDEALS wrote me: Unfortunately, we can only approve law enforcement in the USA. If the seller is willing to let you bid on the item, they will have to change their listing to include you. They may speak to their representative about it. Is there a way to allow me as a bidder? If I purchase the vehicle, I assure you to do everything as quickly as possible. If you wish, I will send you personal ID card and police ID card. Thanks and best regards! (10/16/18 1:53 PM)
A: I will contact Gov Deals to allow any one to purchase this unit. We did not place the restriction, however it is priced to sell with emergency equipment and markings which will need to be removed for a civilian to purchase it. We will not reduce the reserve for non-law enforcement. (10/17/18 12:57 PM)

Q: Restriction law enforcement.?? a German retired police officer can buy the car even he no working on the police force anymore? So not only active police officers can buy that? Just to be clear on that? tks for clarification and support... (10/16/18 11:11 PM)
A: The unit is priced to sell with all emergency equipment and most police markings, so a civilian would not benefit from the extra cost of the emergency equipment. We will not reduce the price of the vehicle for a non law enforcement purchase. (10/17/18 12:58 PM)

Q: Many thanks for your help! To clarify the question of the other interested party: I am an active police officer - not retired! In Germany, a police officer works until he is 62 years old! I still have 14 years to work ... As an active police officer, I belong to the authorized group of people. It is very nice that you make the auction available to civilians under conditions to allow me to bid. Thank you very much! (10/17/18 1:24 PM)
A: I just emailed our Gov Deals rep who is going to remove the restrictions in a few minutes. THANKS (10/17/18 1:39 PM)

Q: This unite is open to all bec it is not registered right now...not only for law enforcement??? Tks have a nice day (10/17/18 3:21 PM)
A: I hope that this answers your question. This vehicle is a legally registered police patrol unit that is still being used by our agency. Anyone can buy it, however if you are not a law enforcement officer or agency then the emergency equipment and police decals have to be removed. It is priced to sell with the equipment and we will NOT reduce the price to sell it without the equipment. (10/17/18 3:29 PM)

Q: Howe mutch is the reserve price? It's a really nice looking car.... (10/19/18 12:02 AM)
A: Generally, the reserve price is not released to the public. We have over $20,000 in this car ($7,000 in emergency equipment) and the reserve is thousands less than that... If you would like to inspect the car or for other questions, please feel free to contact me at 409-499-5778 (Brad) (10/19/18 10:48 AM)
